Return and Refund Policy

Quality & Satisfaction is very important to us for both our clients and customers. 

Please read our Return and Refund policy in case any future replacements are necessary. 

The Returns policy:

• If any item(s) must be returned, please email us at 511@thirdeyenergy-llc.com within 3 days after purchase. Include your Order number in the subject and within the email state your reason for return and we will reach an understanding for a replacement or return label for items to be sent to you.
• State of return- Pictures of products (if damaged) can also be attached in email.

The Refund policy:

• Refunds are processed once items are shipped back to Thirdeyenergy. A refund receipt will be sent to customer via email. 
• Please allow 3-5 business days for refund to be issued back to your visa. Please Contact your financial institution if your refund has not been returned within 5-10 business days.
